How does F0 Work?

There are two ways to apply the F0 cycle:

The calculated heating time is included in the total sterilization time start from the 105℃.It does not reduce the total cycle time accordingly that the first option calculate the total value of F0.It tracks and reports the F0 value only at the end of the cycle.The second option will adjust the sterilization holding time according to the F0 value, which depends on different variables, including sterilization load.This option reduces the sterilization holding time based on the F0 value.It can save time ans avoid over-boiling the sterilization liquid while ensuring proper sterilization by calculating in minutes.

F0 Autoclave Circulation of Thermosensitive Liquid Media:

The laboratory autoclave performs the F0 cycle. This function reduces the exposure time of the sterilization load to high temperatures. This is especially important when sterilizing sensitive thermal liquid media.It can maintain sterilization load integrity and reduce the total cycle time by minimizing the amount of time the liquid media is exposed to high temperatures. F 0’s theory is that microorganisms and bacteria can be destroyed before reaching the sterilization temperature (for example, 121°C).
