SQS/SYS Series Water Shower Sterilizer Summary:
This series of water shower sterilizer is widely used in the sterilization of sealed large-capacity liquid products (arge glass bottle infusion, plastic bottle infusion, soft bag packaging inftusion, glass bottle oral liquid, and etc.). Its temperature controlis wide (80-126℃), and has ranid heating and cooling function, vwihich reduces the efect to the drug by high – temperature sterilization. And because its good temperatureevenness control can effectively prevent the packages from deformation, it could also be used for the sterilization of (tinplate packaging, cooking bag packaging) food, functional drinks and etc. Temperature time and Fo dual control meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia.
SQS/SYS Series Water Shower Sterilizer Structure:
Water shower sterilizer has two types of structure: SQS series small type water shower adopts motor driven door and horizontal rectangular structure, and SYS series large type water shower sterilizer adopts sliding door and horizontal cylinder structure. Adopting 304 or 316L stainless steel material chamber, it is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC+HMI has standard “user management, data storage, process management” function, the sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy, remote computer monitoring technology makes the system application and maintenance more convenient.

The pure water is filed througth “bottom of the device → circulating water pump → heat exchanger → spray device inside the eaquipment”, which forms a closed internal cycle. Industrial steam or cooling water acts on the external heat exchanger energy channel for pure water heating and cooling.Large flow of circulating pure water, acting as sterilization medium, helps sterilizerachieve the desired temperature evenness.
