Steam and Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer Characteristics:
1.Work model of High temperature sterilization:
The steam and hydrogen peroxide sterilizer adopts horizontal double-layer structure. Chamber adopts pure steam (or industrial steam) as sterilizing medium, and the objective of the preheating and drying is achieved by using the boiler steam on jacket layer. (note: the jacket layer adopts fully jacketed structure to ensure uniform preheating and drying effectively.)
2.Work model of low temperature sterilization:
The chamber adopts low temperature steam hydrogen peroxide as the sterilization medium. After heating, low temperature steam would generate from liquid hydrogen peroxide, and entering into vacuum flash tank. Adopting the uniform micro condensation layer of hydrogen peroxide steam generated on the surface of the items, this type of autoclave inactivate the microorganism by no dead angle distribution of hydrogen peroxide steam under low temperature to achieve the sterilization effect.
3. Scope of application:
In many situations, high temperature and low temperature sterilization process both need to be taken into consideration for the sterile items in the clean area. GDS series high and low temperature sterilization cabinet has both functions in limited clean area environment, which could better meet the environment requirement.
