This series of Steam Air Autoclave is multi-function integrated type high-temperature sterilization equipment, adopting pure steam as sterilization medium. All parts in contact with the sterilization items (chamber, pipe, valve, loading shelves, etc.) are made by 316L stainless steel. This equipment eliminates the impact of cold air on the temperature by pulse vacuum. Vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket heating for drying the items. And finally sterile air is emptied to achieve pressure balance. In the meantime, this equipment has an online cleaning function, all valves connect to the internal chamber adopt diaphragm type pneumatic valve, the sterile filter is with online sterilization and integrity testing function. Temperature time and F0 dual control meet national pharmacopoeia requirements.

Features of Steam Air Autoclave:
1. DMH double door sterilization oven uses intelligent control with high precision and easy operation.
2. Adjustable air flow promotes uniform temperature in the oven, the temperature difference may reta ≤±2oC.
3. The inner tank adopts arc welding, which is easy to clean and sterilize.
4. This drying oven adopts double-door structure, and it can pass through two different levels of cleaning workshop.
5. Fan shaft adopts mechanical seal in order to prevent the lubricating grease from penetrating to the drying oven.
6. This drying equipment is equipped with recorder and printer for printing relevant operational data according to the needs.
7. After starting this machine, the PLC system will automatically work according to the setting procedures until the work is completed.
