SAS series ampoule steam sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization, leak detection and cleaning of ampoules, oral liquid bottles and small volume intravenous products. Adopting high pressure steam as sterilization medium, the sterilizers can achieve uniform sterilization at 105℃-126℃.

Our sterilizers use saturated steam as the sterilization medium for autoclaving and leak detection. The combination of vacuum and colored water leak detection method ensures 100% leak detection rate.

The sterilizer is widely used for sterilization of ampoules, controlled vials, other injectables and oral liquid products.

Ampoule Steam Sterilizer Instruction:

The ampoule steam sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization, leak detection and cleaning of small volume ampoules. The sterilizer adopts pressure steam as the sterilization medium to achieve uniform sterilization from 105℃ to 127℃.

The sterilizer adopts a multi-point replacement exhaust heating method to ensure the penetration of cold air in the chamber, uniform and rapid heating, and eliminates the dead angle caused by existing cold air. The sterilizer adopts vacuum and color leakage detection to improve the detection rate of post-sterilization waste.

The SAS series ampoule sterilizers are mainly used for sterilization, leak detection and cleaning of mouthwash and small products. In this model, high pressure steam unit is used as sterilization, and the sterilizer can detect uniform sterilization effect at 105-126 degree Celsius.
