Rapid Cooling Sterilizer Operating Procedures:

1. Intent: Establish operating procedures for rapid cooling sterilizers, ensure production quality and safety, and extend the service life of this machine.

2. Scale: It is suitable for the operation of avent rapid cooling sterilizer.

3. Responsibility: The operator of the rapid cooling sterilizer is responsible for the implementation of this standard.

4. Procedure:

4.1. Preparation and review before operation:

4.1.1. Check the supply status of water, electricity and steam.

4.1.2. Drain the condensed water in the steam source pipeline.

4.2. Operation process:

4.2.1. Turn on the power switch, steam valve, water source valve, and open the air compressor and its control valve.

4.2.2. Setting of parameters:

4.2.2.1. Set PID threshold: PID valve panel is in “active” status (LED light is on).

(1)Use “∨” or “∧” to set “sp” item, press “∨” or “∧” for 3~5 seconds Clock, make the value of “SP” flash.

4.2.3. Select the “Bottle Program” button.

4.2.4. During the heating period: the inlet valve, exhaust valve, and slow exhaust valve are automatically opened for replacement and the small inlet valve is automatically opened,

and the heating lamp flashes.

When the water inlet reaches the water level, the small water inlet valve is automatically opened.

The valve is actively closed, the heating lamp is always on, the replacement time reaches the set value, and the lower limit of heating ** sterilization temperature is entered, the sterilization period is entered.

4.2.5. During sterilization: the sterilization lamp is on, the steam inlet valve is automatically opened, and the sterilization time is automatically timed.

When the set time is reached, the sterilization lamp is off and the steam exhaust process is entered.

4.2.6. During steam exhaust: the exhaust lamp is on, the slow exhaust valve is automatically opened, and the steam in the boudoir is discharged.

When the exhaust reaches the set value, the slow exhaust valve is actively closed and enters the cooling process.

4.2.7. Cooling period: the cooling light is on, the hour water valve is turned on automatically after the water pump is turned on for 1 minute

and the boudoir starts to cool down.

After 4 minutes, the exhaust valve is turned on to discharge indoor hot water.

When the boudoir temperature drops to the lower limit of the cooling temperature, the large water inlet valve opens automatically, and closes after a delay of 3 minutes, the drain valve opens and the boudoir drains the water level when the boudoir drain** goes down, and the water pump stops after a delay of 30 seconds, and the entry is complete. period.

4.3. The operation is complete:

4.3.1. When the boudoir pressure returns to zero, press the “back door” button to open the back door and take out the sterilized medicine.

4.3.1. Block the power supply, close the steam valve, water source valve, and compressed air valve.

4.3.2. Follow the avent rapid cooling sterilizer cleaning procedure (SOP SC2022) for cleaning.
