PQS/PYS Series Culture Medium Autoclave Introduction:

PQS/PYS series culture medium autoclave is specifically used for the high-temperature sterilization of medium loaded by non-sealed container. The autoclave adopts saturated steam as sterilization medium. The sterilization equipment’s temperature is adjustable. The temperature detect method is flexible. The culture medium autoclave has reliable sterilization effect for the culture medium in varieties of standard and volume. Temperature time and F0 dual control meet national pharmacopoeia requirements.

Culture Medium Autoclave Structure:

This medium autoclave adopts horizontal rectangle double-layer structure. 304 or 316L stainless steel chamber, high-quality vessel plate or 304 stainless steel jacket. The sterilization equipment is covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. And the sterilization equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC + HMI is equipped with standard “user management, data storage, process management” function. The sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.
