MQS-P3 Series Biological Safety Autoclave Introduction:

MQS-P3 series biological safety autoclave is mainly used for the high temperature sterilization for the toxic substances in P3 laboratory and biological pharmaceutical industry. The autoclave adopts saturated steam as sterilization medium. The sterilization equipment is equipped with high efficient bio-safety filter. Meanwhile, this series equipment has varieties of loading and sterilization programs for users to choose for sterilizing items in different properties. And this autoclave machine could be accessorized with secondary living bacilli exterminate system. Biological hard sealing or biological soft sealing to partition the loading and unloading side door area.

Biological Safety Autoclave Structure:

This autoclave adopts horizontal rectangle double-layer structure, 304 or 316L stainless steel chamber. High-quality vessel plate or 304 stainless steel jacket. The sterilization equipment is covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. And the equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC + HMI is equipped with standard “user management, data storage, process management” function. The sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.
