Working Principle of Autoclave:

The autoclave consists of a steel container with a door that can be isolated from the outside world. Water steam from the boiler is pumped into the autoclave through a special piping system. The autoclave load must be putted evenly and must not touch the inner wall.
Sterilization load must be arranged so that each surface is exposed to the disinfectant at the desired temperature and time.
The openings of special tools, such as containers and pipes, must be placed face down to prevent condensation and the formation of bubbles.
After finishing the sterilization cycle, for example,if the packaging is damaged or in contact with a wet surface, the process should be repeated,it is necessary to follow additional procedures to ensure aseptic status.
